Refund Policy – Digital Goods
All sales of digital Roblox items are final.
Because our products are delivered instantly and are digital in nature, they cannot be returned or refunded once delivery has occurred.
Delivery Definition
Delivery is considered complete once any of the following occurs:
- The digital item is successfully delivered in-game
- Account access is granted
- A digital code or item is sent to the buyer
Once delivery is completed, the order is non-refundable.
Order Issues & Store Credit
If there is a problem with your order, such as:
- Receiving the wrong item
- Not receiving the item at all
You must contact us within 48 hours of purchase at:
support@bloxify.net
If we confirm an error on our end, we will issue store credit equal to the original purchase value.
Store credit can be used on any future item and does not expire.
Refunds are not issued for completed deliveries.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are digital goods, the following applies:
- No physical returns are required
- Digital items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once delivered
- Sale items, limited items, promotional items, and gift cards are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order and it is approved, it will be resolved exclusively through store credit.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in:
- Loss of store access
- Order cancellation
- Account restrictions
All disputes are reviewed based on our delivery records and this refund policy.
EU Customers
Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is delivered immediately.
By completing your purchase, you:
- Consent to immediate digital delivery
- Acknowledge that your right to cancel is waived
